Due to multiple parties which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we are unable to fully manage stock. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when your order has been made.

Our policy runs for a period of 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
